In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, the following Terms & Conditions apply. By using this site you are deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.

1. YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) are stored securely by Cover-Up and will not be given to any third party.
2. YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS Your card details are kept only until we have processed your order and are then destroyed, to meet bank security requirements.
3. PAYMENT Orders will only be processed when full payment has been received and cheques have cleared. (this excludes account customers).
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY In the vast majority of cases, your orders will be fulfilled from our stocks. However, there may be occasions when some items are not in stock; in such cases you will be notified with an estimated delivery time.
5. CARRIAGE/SHIPPING CHARGES are based on total weight of goods (with packaging materials), volume and country/postcode of delivery. Please see Carriage/Shipping page for carriage prices.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS It is your responsibility to provide Cover-Up with an accurate delivery address, especially postcode. In the unlikely event of non-delivery or incorrect delivery as a result of you providing incorrect address details, you accept any additional carriage/shipping charges incurred in re-delivery. We normally deliver by UPS. In common with other carriers UPS reserve the right to deliver to a nearby neighbour if the delivery address is unoccupied or if the door is not answered. If this happens, a card will be left by the carrier at your address with details of where the parcel has been delivered. If delivery has not been made after 2 attempts, the carrier will leave a card with details for you to contact them to make alternative delivery/collection arrangements. For credit/debit card payments, delivery must be to your card's billing address (which will be verified with bank records) unless Cover-Up have specifically agreed to deliver to another address. If delivery is to business premises, the carrier cannot search for a specific person but will obtain a signature from anyone in authority. The parcel will be clearly marked for your attention.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION - Your Right To Cancel Your Order. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow you to cancel your order for goods purchased from Cover-Up within 7 working days beginning the day after you receive delivery of the goods. Should you decide to cancel your order you must notify us during that 7 working day period and we will refund your purchase in full by crediting the original purchaser's credit/debit card within 30 days of this, subject to our receipt of goods in their original condition. If you cancel your order, you must despatch the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The goods must be in original condition, with all original packaging and components. Goods that have been obviously exposed to tobacco smoke or other offensive odours will not be accepted back for refund. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Make sure you pack the goods securely, include a packing slip clearly identifying your name, address, post code, contact telephone number and e-mail address where appropriate. 8. VAT (Value Added Tax). As we ship worldwide, prices shown on our website do not include VAT (value added tax). If delivery is within the EU (European Union) VAT at the current rate (20% at present) must be added to the price of goods (excluding zero-rated items, where applicable) and carriage. For delivery to non-EU countries VAT does not apply, but you may be required to pay your local tax/import duty to the carrier on delivery of your order. This varies from country to country and there is usually a tax/duty-free threshold which also varies. Please contact your local customs authority for details specific to your country.
9. PRICES/CURRENCY. All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and this is the only currency we accept. We have included an on-line currency conversion facility to give up-to-date equivalents in other currencies. However, this is for guidance only as the actual price in your currency will be determined by the exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
